On Tuesday, the couple who are currently on a romantic holiday in Thailand put on a very  X-rated display during a trip to a waterfall together.
The mother of five was pictured completely topless in only bikini bottoms as she was seen passionately kissing her beau while they shamelessly packed on the PDA.
